"Merchants already know they want more sales. The problem is every tool just hands them another dashboard."
Running a Shopify store has never produced more data. Page views, add-to-cart rates, checkout drop-offs, inventory signals - the numbers are all there. What most tools do not provide is the next step. Merchants are still left to interpret the data, diagnose the problem, decide on a fix, and implement it themselves. That gap between insight and execution is where a lot of revenue quietly disappears.
Store Operator, built by Celirox AI founder Abhishek Dobariya, is designed to close that gap. Rather than presenting merchants with metrics to interpret, the platform continuously monitors customer journeys and store activity, then surfaces specific recommended actions - each one approved with a single click.
From Signal to Solution
The system watches for patterns that typically go unnoticed until they become expensive. A high-traffic product sitting out of stock triggers a recommendation to enable pre-orders. A product frequently viewed alongside another but rarely purchased together surfaces as an upsell opportunity. Conversion drop-offs at checkout get flagged with suggested fixes rather than left as a line in a funnel report.
The one-click approval model is deliberate. Merchants retain control over what goes live, but the cognitive work of identifying the problem and scoping the solution has already been done.
Celirox also built in a plain-English interface for merchants who want to skip the recommendations queue entirely and just describe what they want. Type "Enable pre-orders for all out-of-stock products" or "Notify my team when inventory drops below 5 units" and the AI translates the request into a working storefront enhancement or backend workflow. No app marketplace to search, no settings menus to navigate, no developer required.
The same interface handles more nuanced requests. "Show matching accessories when customers add a camera to cart" or "Create a weekend sale banner for returning customers" are the kinds of instructions that would normally require a developer, a third-party app, and several hours. Here they are typed in plain text and executed directly.
The pitch is not that AI should run a store autonomously. It is that the current model - where merchants absorb data and act as their own analysts, strategists, and implementers - creates unnecessary drag. Store Operator positions itself as the layer that handles the translation work between what the data says and what actually changes in the store.
Store Operator is available now on the Shopify App Store. More information about Celirox AI is at celirox.com.
