Jimmy DeHart Sr. Becoming Rapidly Renowned as the ‘Go-To’ Guru for Would-Be Entrepreneurs

Individuals have contrasting perspectives on whether business people are conceived or made. From my perspective, having met several business visionaries, business people are not conceived. Individuals may believe that business people are an extraordinary variety of individuals. Once more, in view of my experience, they are most certainly not. In any case, while a few people sit and fantasize about the allure of working for themselves and making their own business, the individuals that become business visionaries take action. Is it simple to make a fruitful organization? No. Measurements state that 90% of every single new organization flop for some explanation in the initial five years. In this way, in any event, thinking about the entirety of its prizes, business enterprise is a troublesome and entangled way. On the off chance that one needs to be a business person, they have to design.

Realize that the world’s best business people aren’t the ones who hastily quit their business to pursue a make easy money thought. They are the ones with an enterprising development attitude, a one of a kind arrangement of points of view and qualities that permit them to search for and see issues that others disregard. They do heaps of research and accumulate however much data as could reasonably be expected about a potential startup arrangement. They forcefully attempt to moderate hazard at each progression. Here are 10 points of view that are differentiators people will have to have or create in case they will be a fruitful business visionary.

Difficulties are openings. Difficulties, snags, and difficulties are agonizingly regular components of business enterprise and are not to be dodged. Rather, fruitful business people see difficulties as circumstances. Each challenge or misfortune uncovers a key chance to develop, either to enhance a current shortcoming or to take gauges that abstain from encountering a comparative mishap later on.

Contenders are explore. As opposed to survey contenders as a danger, as the vast majority would, business people consider contenders to be chances to become familiar with their industry and target advertise. By taking a gander at your rivals’ clients, items and plans of action, you can realize what may make your business exceptional and influence that uniqueness. Examining your rivals can give you experiences you could never have on the off chance that you were the first to dispatch.

Business enterprise requires exertion. Enterprise is multifaceted and continually requesting, and there’s no lack of traps that could upset or wreck your business. Effective business people know about this, and they’re mindful that everything, from item advancement, deals and showcasing, requires noteworthy exertion to make progress. Rather than searching for alternate ways, they’re emptying a solid work exertion into their business.

Flawlessness never arrives. Young or unpracticed business people may become involved with pursuing their unique vision, since unique dreams are perpetually “great.” But flawlessness isn’t important to run a fruitful, gainful business. Truth be told, flawlessness is regularly what slows down advancement. The time you spend attempting to pound down those last barely any subtleties is likely going to wind up as time squandered. Reid Hoffman, prime supporter of LinkedIn once said on the off chance that you are not humiliated by your first form of the item, you are most likely propelling past the point of no return.

Seemingly insignificant details lead to huge things. This works for issues just as arrangements. For instance, rather than seeing a huge substance promoting effort as a brisk method to get traffic and new business, business visionaries see content advertising as far as its individual parts (for example blogging, online networking advertising, search engine optimization, third party referencing, and so forth.), every one of which has its own favorable circumstances and weaknesses. Effective business people separate monstrous tasks, issues and crusades into littler, progressively sensible pieces. Small victories will prompt bigger triumphs.

Gain from botches. The mainstream impression of hugely fruitful business visionaries, for example, Steve Jobs or Jeff Bezos shows them as reliable pioneers. This couldn’t possibly be more off-base. Effective business people, even the heroes among them, commit errors regularly. Besides, they aren’t hesitant to commit errors, and they realize how to gain from them. Committing errors is sound and ordinary, and the sooner business people understand that, the better.

There is no enchantment recipe. The fruitful business visionaries you read about in the news as a rule didn’t arrive in light of the fact that they arbitrarily unearthed a good thought. They arrived in light of the fact that they poured long periods of exertion and energy into a decent issue/arrangement, and in the long run their endeavors paid off. You can’t turn into a business person expecting there to be a wonder. Indeed, even the best thoughts on the planet require tolerance, ability and perpetual collaboration to procure that degree of accomplishment.

Outside perspective. Business visionaries should be acceptable communicators, and that implies effectively tuning in to individuals with various thoughts and conclusions. Numerous entrepreneurs keep their plans of action and mandates excessively inflexible, at last confining their capacity to develop and prompting disappointment. Fruitful business people, then again, are continually looking for people and encounters that will challenge their perspective and lead them to see things from another viewpoint.

Control isn’t an alternative. To a great many people, discipline is a bonus they might not have any desire to do. It requires additional idea and exertion to work out, wake up on schedule or do something besides invest recreation energy. To effective business people, discipline is typical and a top prerequisite. It’s an essential that conveys into all parts of their lives. You must have the control to focus on difficult work, enlist the most ideal individuals and realize when to state yes and no.

Business is your life. Business visionaries wake up as business visionaries, go to fill in as business visionaries, return home as business visionaries and hit the hay as business people. There is no nine to five. Ideally, you will accomplish something that you love so a lot, it won’t feel like work. The benefit of being a business visionary is that you have all out power over your business and what you do in it. Enterprise turns into your work and your life, and you should be readied in case you will endure the way of life and maybe remember your family for an astounding excursion.

Being an effective business visionary won’t be simple. On the off chance that it was, everybody would be a business visionary. In any case, you were not destined to be anything. Thus, on the off chance that you are going to labor for a long time, nobody said you needed to invest that energy working for another person. Accomplish something you want to do and make an organization to do it.

Alex Ketchum – the Youtuber who is Gaining Traction in Social Media’s Most Competitive Industry

Growing up in Toronto Canada, a city known for the Toronto International Film Festival, Alex Ketchum always had a keen interest in film. After spending his time in high school making videos and short films, Ketchum pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film at York University. However during his time at University, Ketchum realized that he had a passion for creating Youtube videos and becoming an internet personality. He also discovered through his own personal film projects that there was more to video creation than the filmmaking techniques he had learned at school.

After graduating and earning his BFA in Film Production, Ketchum had a strong background and technical knowledge of how to make films. His next step was to set his focus on building his audience on Youtube and to grow his presence on social media. However Ketchum quickly came to understand that the biggest challenge he would face is establishing himself as a unique creator among all the other influencers who already rule the platform. Ketchum knew that he had to stand out amongst the crowd of thousands who were all competing to make a name for themselves, but with his experience as an actor, director, and comedian, Ketchum was quick to produce several viral videos.

Since the release of his first music video,’Fidget $pinner’ in 2018, his videos have captured the attention of popular pages such as VT, Right This Minute, and LADbible, who shared his videos with their millions of fans. One of Ketchum’s most popular videos, ‘Fixing My Wall With Ramen Noodles’, has surpassed 50,000 views on his Youtube channel, and has also gained over 200,000 views on VT’s page. His other most popular videos include ‘Staying At The Worst Reviewed Motel In My City’, which gained over a million views on LADbible’s page. Despite only having his Youtube channel for a short time, Alex Ketchum has already had a resounding success due to the cleverness of his comedy, and the quality of his videos, but the young Youtuber is only just getting started.

Although many other influencers make it seems like being a Youtuber is an easy job, Alex Ketchum believes that it takes a person’s full dedication to be constantly producing content that keeps his audience engaged and coming back for more. According to Ketchum, the key to gaining attention for your video is an interesting title, and an enticing thumbnail. The first step to a video going viral is getting people to click it, the second step is to keep people watching. Although he is just starting out, Ketchum seems to have already created a formula for success on social media and is quickly rising up in the ranks of big-time Youtubers. Alex Ketchum’s name is surely one to look out for as he continues to produce exciting and unexpected content.

Time Table App Founder Giuliano Senese is Building His Way To The 30 Under 30 List

He was born into a very normal middle-class family and just like any other kid, gained an interest in computers from a very young age. He developed one of the first peer to peer poker applications in the world, at only 16 years old. When we spoke on the phone last time, he explained to me that he used to take web development jobs for Bitcoin payments. He told me “I remember one time in 2011 this guy online paid me 14 bitcoins for a website he wanted, that was about $14 at the time. I thought it was super interesting and had an insane amount of potential, so I started doing jobs only for Bitcoin”. Everyone these days is talking about crypto this, stocks that, but there were very few people that have been a part of Bitcoin since its inception; and he is one of them!

He was always dreaming of New York, seeing it in the movies and on TV, it was truly seen as the city where everything is possible. Giuliano moved to New York in 2013 after his parents divorced. “I remember sitting in my room, watching the show suits when I thought ‘wow’ in NYC truly anything is possible. I have to move there, no matter what” He said. He took his savings, applied for college, and left without ever looking back. This proved to be the second-best decision he has ever made. He sold his poker app shortly after and decided to focus full time on building and creating start-ups.

Most recently Giuliano was the founder of a very well known restaurant app, called ‘Time Table’. This app provided restaurants with A.I. powered point-of-sale software. The company grew incredibly fast and won numerous awards for its innovative product, such as the GW Innovation Competition. Time Table was then sold to one of its competitors towards the end of 2019 for a reported $50 Million.

Many people would simply stop working at that point, maybe live on a beach for the rest of their days, but not Giuliano. Instead of retiring at only 24, the young entrepreneur decided to launch his next startup: DiagnostiX (https://diagnostix.ai). This new medical tech start-up is aiming at disrupting the market by bringing machine learning with A.I. to the medicine world. They have developed a state of the art patented blood testing device that will analyze blood samples in only 25 minutes. But this doesn’t stop there, the device will be able to instantly diagnose the patient.

Giuliano has also just become a father, “Everything I do, I do for him now. It’s to build something that lasts for him. So he can look back and say ‘My dad did it right’ money doesn’t matter, it’s about legacy.” he said.

As we are currently experiencing very tumultuous times, it is encouraging to hear about an entrepreneur such as Giuliano. To see that the American dream is alive and well even in the most difficult of times.

An Interview With Indian Entrepreneur Rohit Chouhan, CEO Of Codesler

Q: Hello Rohit, welcome to Startup Fortune, could you tell us a little about yourself and your background?

A: First of all, I would like to thank you for inviting me to be interviewed on Startup Fortune. In quick words, I’m an author, programmer, and the CEO of international digital marketing services company Codesler.

I started our startup with my elder brother Rahul Chouhan (founder of Codesler) in January 2019 in Ajmer City, Rajasthan (India). Ajmer is a famous city of Rajasthan, known for Pushkar, Ana Sagar and Khawaja Gharib Nawaz. My Brother is also a programmer.

Q: What was your motivation to start your own company instead of choosing a conventional job?

A: It was not my goal to do my own business instead of doing a job. I didn’t even know that I would start my own business. I wanted to build a better career, so I started working hard in my field. Then my elder brother Rahul Chouhan, who was confident about my skills, advised me to start my own business.

Q: How did your family and friends react when you started your career as an entrepreneur?

A: My family was very happy with my success, they were proud of their sons doing well at a young age. I saw tears in my mother’s eyes, when I told her about the first payment we have received from the company. She is really happy with our success.

My friends were also very emotional with my success and they always motivate me. And today because of their support, I am in this position. At the age of 11, I had done so much that my friends used to tell me that you will surely be successful in the future.

Q: What was your biggest challenge in starting your own business as a very young entrepreneur?

A: That’s a good question, the biggest challenge in starting my own business was that I started Codesler at the age of 20, and I had to allocate time for my studies as well, at the same time. It was difficult to handle both simultaneously but I was determined and managed to do my business alongside my career.

I paid attention to my studies during the day, and spent the nights at my company. I was able to sleep only for 4-5 hours a day.

Q: Could you tell us more about Codesler? What does it do?

A: Codesler is a Google certified international digital marketing company. It provides marketing services like web, mobile and desktop software development, SEO services, e-commerce services, social media marketing services, and more. Codesler delivers services worldwide and our team is available 24×7.

Apart from software development, we also provide services like video editing, photography, poster and logo design, book publishing, etc.

Q: There are many other companies that offer similar services, what makes Codesler different?

A: Yes, we have a lot of competition. What makes us stand out is that Codesler not only provides digital marketing services, we also do technology and software development related services. Above all, we make sure our services meet the quality expectation of our clients to make them satisfied. We have multi-talented developers in our company. The most important thing that makes Codesler different is we learn every day and make sure our team is always one step ahead of new technologies.

Q: Would you like to mention a couple of your clients? Any specific names or brands that you’ve worked with?

A: We worked with many international companies, we helped the IBM (Germany) for improving their project marketing and problem solving on their software side. We also worked with Indian bank organizations. There are also many organizations from various locations in the world including Malaysia, Australia. USA, UK, Germany, etc.

Q: What are the future plans of Codesler, where do you see the company going from here?

A: The company was started just a year ago. We work hard every day and night for our clients. In a year, we achieved so much that we did not even expect. We work on every project as a challenge. Our goal is to push ourselves to the maximum to make our company reach more success.

We want our company to reach a place where we can tell this world about new technologies.

Q: In your experience, what is the most important quality one must possess to become a successful entrepreneur?

A: If I talk about my experience, I have faced many problems in life. In simple words, if you want to become a successful entrepreneur, your time management is most important, where are you using your time and for what? If you are using your time doing the right job aiming at the right destination, you can definitely become a successful entrepreneur.

Q: Thanks again for your time and now, one last thing. Where can we find more details about your entrepreneurial journey?

A: You can find more about me and my journey from my official website www.rohitchouhan.com, and also on my Facebook account https://facebook.com/itsrohitofficialprofile

An Interview With The Belarusian-American Entrepreneur Biaheza

How would you describe yourself and what you currently do?

I really don’t want to use this word because at this point it’s just a meme and no one really takes it seriously but I guess I’m an “entrepreneur.” I stared an e-commerce dropshipping business when I was 17 years old that did over a million dollars in revenue its first year of being live, shortly after I started a YouTube channel, which is what I am most known for.

What was the biggest factor behind your success with dropshipping?

I believe there are four pillars in a successful e-commerce business, the product, the website, the ad copy and then the marketing strategy. A lot of people get really caught up with creating a complex marketing strategy and looking for a perfect Facebook ad method when really they should focus on the other three factors. If you have a great product, solid website and a good ad copy people will buy from you when they see your ad. There’s no need to overcomplicate things.

Can you tell us about your early life and what influenced you to venture into the world of business?

I was born in the small Eastern European country of Belarus and at six years old my family moved to the US. Being an immigrant family of six, money was tight, which is why I started getting into side hustles, from selling candy to flipping bikes to doing graphic design on Fiverr, I pretty much did it all growing up. That didn’t stop as I got older which eventually led me into online business.

What would you be doing right now if your e-commerce business did not take off the way it did?

I would probably still be working two jobs and going to college for my nursing degree, that’s what I was doing prior to my business taking off. I would also still be trying to get my foot in the door with e-commerce, even if it wasn’t working out.

What was your biggest challenge in starting your business at a young age?

Once I started making money through e-commerce, my biggest problem wasn’t making more money but rather all the legal and tax filing duties that came with it. That’s something no one really talks about but it was definitely the most stressful part of it all as I didn’t have much guidance since I didn’t even personally know anyone that ran a business.

What advice would you give to someone just getting into online business?

I’d recommend reading some business and finance books as well as watching videos on these topics, that’s what shaped my mindset when it comes to money. But I think the most important part of starting any business is persistence. I was working on making money online for five or six years before I found any success, it doesn’t have to take that long for you but it also doesn’t happen overnight and it likely won’t happen on your first attempt.

Does money buy happiness?

Not having to worry about bills and everyday expenses is a huge blessing and is something I’m incredibly grateful for, but I wouldn’t say money can buy you happiness. There’s hungry kids in Africa who are happier than the smiling “influencers” you see on Instagram flexing Rollies and Lambos. I think true happiness can only really be found through a relationship with God and strong relationships with the people around you, so you can definitely be happy without money. But it is nice to not have to check your bank account every time you’re in line for Chipotle.

Future plans?

My goal with my e-commerce business is to graduate from dropshipping and move into building a strong brand around a product I believe in. Dropshipping is a great way to get into e-commerce as a beginner but now that I have some capital to work with I’d like to focus on something more long term and sustainable. I also want to continue growing my YouTube presence and my real estate investing. But my ultimate goal would be to eventually step away from actively running my businesses and move into some non profit and missionary type work.

Where can people find you?

I mainly post on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs5wAPodliO0oVxiTD8ruvg)

You can also find me on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/biaheza)

An Interview With The 19 Year Old YouTube Expert Matt Par

Q: Hello Matt, glad to have you with us today; could you briefly tell us about yourself and your background?

A: Glad to be here! I’m a 19 year old entrepreneur who runs 9 different YouTube channels. I got over a million subscribers on YouTube without even showing my face or recording any videos.

Q: What made you choose YouTube to begin with your digital marketing journey?

A: YouTube is where all the attention was at. You can get millions of organic views and YouTube will actually pay you for these views when you’re a part of the YouTube partner program by placing ads on your videos.

Q: As a young entrepreneur, what was your biggest challenge in starting your own business?

A: The biggest challenge was explaining to people what exactly it was I did. Most people don’t understand that YouTube can be an actual business. When I was in high school, my teachers would tell me that the only way to succeed in life was to go to college, so dealing with that pressure from society as a whole for what you’re supposed to do can be tough.

Q: How do you make videos go viral?

A: Having uploaded over 70 different videos with over 1 million views each, I can tell you the characteristics that almost all viral videos have in common. 90% of my most viral videos are all over 10 minutes long. Making videos longer than 10 minutes can lead to a higher average watch time which is one of the main factors YouTube looks at when ranking your videos. Also, most of those videos have over a 60% average view duration meaning that people on average watch 60% of those 10 minute videos. They key to increasing average view duration and therefore watch time is to keep the viewer hooked and include a lot of fast cuts throughout the video.

Q: You run 9 different YouTube channels, how do you find enough time to manage them all?

A: There’s no possible way I could run all 9 channels if I was producing all the content myself. The only way I’m able to do this is by hiring other people to make the videos for me. My team makes this whole thing possible!

Q: Could you tell us about your unique method of using YouTube to make a living without making any videos by yourself?

A: Yes, so the way it works is that I find people on places like Upwork.com to make the videos for me. I put together an assembly link for creating videos. One person does the script writing, another does the voice over, another does the video editing, and finally someone makes the thumbnail. Then, I simply have to come up with video ideas and upload and optimize the finished videos.

Q: How do you find the right people to make the videos for you?

A: The key is to have short term contracts with people so you can see the quality of their work before you hire them long term.

Q: You have been doing this for quite some time, are you a full time YouTube marketer now? What kind of results have you gotten doing this?

A: Yeah I’ve been doing this since 2014 when I was just 14 years old. I’ve since gotten over 1 million subscribers on a single channel earning me the gold play button from YouTube. I make over $1,000 a day from my channels from just ad revenue. Plus I’ve had a handful of videos get over 10 million views each.

Q: Can anyone do this? What if they don’t have anything to invest?

A: I’m nothing special and if a broke high schooler can do this then I truly believe anyone can. If you don’t have anything to invest in hiring content creators then you can simply produce the content yourself at first. That’s what I did and then I leveraged what I made doing it myself to hire others to do it for me.

Q: As you can see, there are hundreds of talented people trying to find success with their digital marketing efforts, what advice would you give them to get things started? Is now a good time to start on YouTube?

A: The most important thing is that you just get started. Now is the best time ever to get started on YouTube. Everyone is at home right now and YouTube viewership is up. Get started now and you’ll thank yourself that you did.

You can rent the luxury handbags for as long as you’d like without having to make a purchase. There is a large range of styles and sizes from Chanel and Louis Vuitton featured for any occasion. We are an eco-friendly business and keep our bags secure by using reusable boxes for our shipments. If it is your first time renting from us, you will receive a 20% discount.

Q: Can you tell us something about your background?

A: I grew up in Hong Kong and moved to Los Angeles several years ago. My involvement in the fashion and beauty industries has spanned many years. In 2014 I began my beauty and fashion YouTube channel to share my passion for these fields. In 2015 I began focusing more on Instagram and continued to grow my YouTube channel following. I also expanded my knowledge of business by attending Pepperdine University’s MBA program. Currently I am pursuing a second master’s degree in Digital Media Design at Harvard University to further my knowledge of web development skills to help with my E-commerce business. The formation of Luxury Fashion Rentals came from my interests in both business and fashion.

Q: What was your biggest challenge in starting your own business as a female immigrant? How did you overcome it?

A: My biggest challenge was in learning to communicate professionally since English is my second language. This required me to work much harder than others. In the course of creating and launching my business, some of the men I worked with caused issues with unnecessary delays and a general lack of respect. I had to confront them on many occasions. This created stress but I was able to overcome it by learning to better stand up for myself, say “no” when necessary, and be strong when dealing with others.

Q: What motivated you to start your company?

A: I have been drawn to luxury handbags since I was very young. I also dreamed of creating my own business and tried some other ventures previously. With a growing collection of luxury handbags I’d purchased that had barely been used, I was inspired to create this business. I was also motivated to share my “like new” handbag collection with others who share my love of luxury handbags. I was finally able to pursue my dual passions of luxury handbags and being an entrepreneur by creating and growing Luxury Fashion Rentals.

Q: There are other companies that provide designer handbag rental services. What makes Luxury Fashion Rentals different?

A: We have an extensive Chanel and Louis Vuitton collection at Luxury Fashion Rentals. As an eco-friendly company, we ensure fast shipping by using reusable boxes to keep the handbag secured. Our quick and speedy service means handbags get to our customers just 2-4 business days after their orders have been placed. Further, personalized costumer service with a live chat feature provides real time help for our customers.

Q: Who are your ideal customers and why?

A: Our ideal customers come in many forms! Since our luxury handbags can be rented for 14 or 30 days, you can test them out if you are considering a purchase of those handbags. For parties or special events, you can find the perfect handbag for your outfit. Since fashion trends change regularly, you can always be current with the latest trends in the fashion world and save money at the same time. Those who are influencers like me can rent handbags to ensure better content on social media platforms.

Q: What are the company’s plans in the next 5 years?

A: We would like to increase our efforts towards influencer marketing since I also have been an influencer for many years. Another important plan is to expand our selection of handbags from such brands as Gucci, YSL, Dior, and many others.

Entrepreneurship in the United States has been on the decline for a while. Women, however, especially minorities, are starting businesses at a rapid rate, and many of them are succeeding in their ventures, helping to remedy the gender imbalance in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and boosting industry growth. Success stories of young entrepreneurs like Elaine give ambitious young women hope and confidence to take the risk of starting their own business.

In any community, regardless of its size or region, women remain the key decision-makers. This is especially true when it comes to purchases for their families and making sure all the needs of a home are met conveniently. This persistence and solution-oriented mindset opens countless new doors for innovation, which makes ventures headed by female entrepreneurs often different from that of men. Indeed, the growth rate of women-owned businesses was 21% from 2014-2019, while growth for all firms regardless of gender in this period was only 9%. Minority female business owners have also seen impressive growth trends in recent years. As an Asian American Elaine is proud to be part of the growth seen in minority women-entrepreneurs.

There are several other startups in the fashion industry that are renting luxury merchandise to people. Elaine’s venture has been gaining attention as the first Asian-American owned company to rent luxury handbags. The rental process is rendered simple with the 5 steps of order, receive, enjoy, return, and review. It is no longer considered taboo to rent these items instead of purchasing them. Moreover, it is the most practical and economical way to approach the increasing demands of the social calendar. Being an avid fashion enthusiast herself, it didn’t take long for Elaine to understand what women need and to then create one of the best platforms for luxury fashion rentals.

“I am happy to call the United States my home and to have followed in my parents’ footsteps by starting my own business. As a woman who moved to the United States from Hong Kong, I’ve had to work diligently to turn my dream into a reality. Luxury Fashion Rentals is committed to providing you with impeccable customer service.” says Elaine.
