Morgan Stanley is opening its ShareWorks and Equity Edge stock plan platforms, which cover $1.2 trillion in assets, to external AI agents via the Model Context Protocol. It's the first major Wall Street bank to grant third-party autonomous software direct access to client wealth infrastructure, putting it ahead of JPMorgan and Goldman on the agentic finance frontier.
