Alphabet disclosed in a July 23 SEC filing that its Anthropic stake is worth roughly $124.3 billion as of June 30, booking nearly $77 billion in Q2 unrealized gains and forcing a new way of reading Google's earnings reports. Anthropic, which raised $65 billion at a $965 billion valuation in May and filed a confidential S-1 in June, is targeting an IPO as early as October 2026.
